x9gaming Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing x9gaming.org, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any product or service offered by x9gaming, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the x9gaming Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players, regardless of the device or method used to access x9gaming — including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future applications. Access to the x9gaming platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is your sole responsibility.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a player account at x9gaming, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on the x9gaming platform or any affiliated platform;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of x9gaming or any of its affiliated companies, or a family member of any such person.

x9gaming reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where satisfactory proof cannot be provided may be suspended pending verification. Winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account at x9gaming. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering for an x9gaming account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, valid email address, and correct date of birth;
• Promptly update your account information if any details change;
• Not register using false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's details;
• Not share your account with, or allow access to your account by, any third party.

x9gaming reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) at any time. You may be required to provide supporting documentation such as a copy of your national identity card, passport, or proof of payment method. x9gaming may withhold withdrawal processing until such verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x9gaming account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service;
• Not disclose your password to any third party, including x9gaming customer support — x9gaming staff will never ask for your password;
• Log out of your x9gaming account on shared or public devices;
• Notify x9gaming immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

x9gaming shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions and activities conducted through your x9gaming account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified x9gaming of suspected unauthorised access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

x9gaming supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your x9gaming wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider;
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 10 per transaction;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible;
• x9gaming does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• x9gaming reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

x9gaming offers bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions;
• Only one bonus may be active in your x9gaming account wallet at any given time unless otherwise stated;
• x9gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotion terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and suspension of the player account.

x9gaming's determination as to whether bonus abuse has occurred is final. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are not redeemable for cash outside of the stated wagering completion terms.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the x9gaming platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and lottery — are governed by the respective game rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall take precedence for that game.

• Bets placed and accepted by the x9gaming system are final and binding, subject to the applicable game rules;
• x9gaming reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, display error, or any erroneous price/odds that does not reflect the true market;
• Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer, which constitutes the definitive result;
• Slot game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG); RTP values for each slot title are displayed in the respective game's information panel;
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the x9gaming Sportsbook Rules, including provisions relating to match abandonment, postponement, and result verification.

x9gaming's decision on the outcome of any game or event dispute is final, subject to the appeal process described in the platform's support documentation. x9gaming does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or event market.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x9gaming platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any manner, including placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or accessing account functions;
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated sportsbook wagering;
• Exploiting any identified or suspected error, bug, or vulnerability in the x9gaming platform or its games;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, false identity, or charge-backs;
• Accessing x9gaming from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or purchase player accounts;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in x9gaming's reasonable determination, is intended to circumvent the platform's security, licensing obligations, or responsible gaming controls.

x9gaming employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts found to be in breach of this section will be suspended immediately, associated funds may be withheld pending investigation, and x9gaming reserves the right to report such conduct to the relevant authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the x9gaming platform — including but not limited to the x9gaming brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of x9gaming or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any x9gaming content without prior written consent. Your licence to access the x9gaming platform is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. It does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x9gaming's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x9gaming account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x9gaming shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failure, server downtime, or third-party payment provider delays outside x9gaming's reasonable control;
• Any gambling losses sustained through use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit x9gaming's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

x9gaming is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools, which are accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their x9gaming account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify players when they have been logged into an active gaming session for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the x9gaming platform for a minimum period of six (6) months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be prevented.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

x9gaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A player fails to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested;
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed;
• x9gaming is required to do so under applicable law or pursuant to a regulatory direction;
• A player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for a material breach, x9gaming may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting x9gaming customer support.

13 Privacy

x9gaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at x9gaming.org/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

x9gaming will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as necessary to operate the platform and meet licensing obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

x9gaming reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or by a prominent notice on the x9gaming platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the x9gaming platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the x9gaming platform and close your account. x9gaming recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under x9gaming's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact x9gaming customer support to seek resolution. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to x9gaming's licensing authority through the formal complaint procedures established under the terms of x9gaming's gaming license.
